We spent $3 and walked away with:
- A hardcover Danielle Steel novel
- A book on Paper Mache (my daughter and I had recently done some paper mache projects)
- A commemorative book celebrating 100 years of the Denver Zoo (coincidentally, we were headed to the Denver Zoo that afternoon because it was "free admission day")
- A pair of men's Wrangler jeans
- A men's shirt
- A pair of girls jeans
- A pair of girl's capris
- A pair of girl's khaki pants
- A girl's Tommy Hilfiger sweater
- A pair of long johns
- A woman's blouse
- A plush "Feathers McGraw" penguin from the Wallace & Gromit episode "The Wrong Trousers" (including his "chicken disguise")
Supposedly, he is a 1989 plush toy, though I don't know if that's true. He sure looks to be in great condition and he's just around for the kids to play with and remind us of a great Wallace & Gromit episode. I don't know how much of a "bargain" Feathers McGraw is, but being Wallace & Gromit fans, we're sure happy to have him.
